Suitable Recruitment was founded by Nicola Souter in 2018.  Nicola is a highly experienced HR & Recruitment professional with over 20 years of in-house experience, a Masters in Personnel and Development and is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) qualified.​

Nicola started her career in HR at Harrods and after a few years she moved to the London Stock Exchange, before becoming HR Manager at Fortis Bank.  During her time in the City she has worked extensively on recruiting new employees, in the process working towards reducing recruitment spend by leveraging social media and industry wide contacts. Nicola has experience introducing graduate recruitment and training programmes.​

More recently Nicola has worked as a consultant in HR and in-house recruitment roles for a number of Fintech companies, where she has been responsible for setting up HR departments and delivering a full HR & Recruitment service.

With such extensive in-house experience Suitable Recruitment understand what candidates and employers alike are looking for from a recruiter and will take the time to understand the requirements of both parties and ensure a personal, responsive service is provided.
